The house recast in limestone, with black steel windows, an arched entry and a fountain court at dusk

Limestone Residence

The house had good bones: steep gables, generous proportions and a beautiful garden setting. Its tan stucco and fussy detailing held it back. We recast the façade in limestone, quieted the openings with slim black steel windows and centred the approach on an arched entry, a fountain court and a herringbone drive. Inside, the same restraint carries through the foyer, the study and the seforim room.
